MENS TRAINING

Held at The Mote every Tuesday & Thursday, starting promptly at 7.00pm - 9.00pm. 
Coaching is provided for all levels and all senior members are welcome.

WOMENS TRAINING

Held at The Mote every Tuesday from 7.00pm - 8.30pm. 
Coaching is provided for all levels and all senior members are welcome.

YOUTH TRAINING 

Held every Sunday and one evening during the week, depending on age grade. If you are interested in joining, please contact the Youth Chairs via the contacts page
